Almost gone..

Another year is almost gone. I'm a bit tired of still seeing some old faces and I'm only wishing that next year I can have the opportunity to start that postgraduate program. That would give me more chances to find a better job... where they could be happy that you are learning more and new skills, where your work as an individual could be valued and your opinions heard and considered, a job, where being a woman is not an obstacle, and where your boss will face you ALWAYS, not hide behind his lame life. A place where your co-workers are as competent as you...and not a bunch of lame baby kids, crying for silly things.

Yes...I'm tired of the bolivian way of working!! 2008 has to improve that!
