Szczecin...a city that is on the route to the Baltic and full of gotic constructions. I was totally surprised about this "small city". Ok the day was cloudy and a bit rainy, but that didn't stop Veronica and me to walk around and enjoy charming EAST side of europe. One can really feel different.... people are nicer, more friendly and will even make a low price on some souveniers.
I feel sorry, I won't have more time to go deeper Poland...seems it has lot's to offer to a small traveler like me. Maybe..in the future (??). Now...I'll try to strugle with my report introduction...or just sleep :)
Born Catholic, grew in a family with a Catholic mom and a Methodist father (now almost converted). Educated at a Jesuit school where almost nothing was related to my faith, I had an encounter with the Charismatic Renovation. Years later, after becoming a hybrid of biologist and environmental engineer I kept on my search. I found through the Opus Dei my Paradise on earth and started working with the Missionaries of Charity. Living in the consumerist US, I found a desert and a soul night. But even there I saw Light! Found Katrina Zeno (my spiritual mother) and through her I discovered the Theology of the Body. Now? I'm a child saved by the Rosary and my thirst has lead me to discover the supra-natural dimension at the Tridentine Mass. I'm on a mission....to do God's will and so far it ROCKS!!
